How it works
Import the CSV or Excel file you already keep. Every column comes across as a column, with no mapping step to sit through. It stays a spreadsheet, with the same keyboard shortcuts and copy-paste to and from Excel.
Point at your case pack, cost, CBM and weight columns once. Margins, pallet counts and container fill start calculating themselves. Flowgoods guesses most of it from your column names.
Your buyers open a clean price list or order form in their browser. No account, no login, works on a phone. Orders come back to you already itemised.
What Flowgoods does
A real grid. Arrow keys, Ctrl+D fill down, Ctrl+Z undo, find and replace, and copy-paste in both directions with Excel and Google Sheets. Images live in cells. Sizes and colours sit on one row as variants, not thirty near-identical rows.
Pick products and quantities. Case packs, margin, pallets and container fill work themselves out as you type, and it warns you when a line drops under your minimum margin. Choose what the buyer sees and hide your costs.
Send your whole catalog as a price list or an order form, or a single quote. Searchable, sortable, with product photos. Password and expiry if you want them, and per-link tracking so you know which link brought the order in.
Flat, per unit, by weight, by CBM, in tiered bands, or from your own formula. Set minimums, maximums and a free-over threshold. Know the real landed margin before you send the price.
Buy in one currency, quote in another. Formula columns detect the currency and convert, and the formats know which currencies have no cents, so IDR prints the way your buyers expect to read it.
A branded PDF price list with your logo, straight from live data. Quote and invoice PDFs. The whole Sheet back out as Excel whenever you want it, because it is still your data.
