How the free plan works
It works like a daily pass. Each day you get a set number of keys, and they refill on their own.
Orders arrive whether you are paying or not. Every order that comes through a share link is received, saved, and listed, on every plan. Nothing is refused and nothing is lost.
You spend a key to open an order, and you choose which one. You can see what is waiting before you decide, so the big order gets opened and a test order can stay shut. Opening one is permanent: it never locks again.
Your buyers never see a limit. A buyer ordering from a free seller's link gets the same page and the same confirmation as anyone else.

The daily allowances come off, so Sheets, quotes, invoices and order unlocks all become unlimited. You also get email notifications, both to you when an order arrives and to your buyers with receipts and status updates in your own step names, plus API access and storefront webhooks for Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce.
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel any time and cancelling stops billing at the end of the period, with access until then. The full policy is published in the app: refund policy.
Nothing is deleted. Your Sheets stay, your orders stay, your quotes stay. Orders that arrived while you were paying stay open forever. You simply cannot create new things past the free limits until you subscribe again. You can export the whole Sheet to Excel at any time, on any plan, because it is your data.
No, there are no per-seat charges. Worth being clear about why: Flowgoods is one login per account today. There are no teams, seats, roles or invites yet, so if you need several people in the same account at once, it is not ready for you.
Yes, from Settings, Billing inside the app. If anything about a switch looks wrong on your invoice, email hans@flowgoods.app and it gets sorted by hand.
