Import the spreadsheet you already keep. Flowgoods turns it into a live catalog with your products, prices, and details, ready to share with buyers by link. Update the Sheet and the catalog updates with it.
Free plan, no time limit. Paid is $49/month or $490/year.
The problem
Your product data is already in a spreadsheet, but a spreadsheet is a working file, not something you want to send a buyer. So you rebuild it into a PDF or a deck, it goes stale the next day, and the buyer has no easy way to see the current version. The catalog and the spreadsheet drift apart.
How it works
Bring in the product spreadsheet you already keep. It becomes your Sheet, with the same rows and columns you are used to.
Your products, prices, and details show up as a clean catalog. Change the Sheet and the catalog changes with it, so it is never out of date.
Send a link buyers open in the browser with no login. They always see your current catalog, not a copy from last month.
What you get
Start from your existing file instead of typing everything again. Nothing to rebuild by hand.
The catalog is built from your Sheet, so a price change in the Sheet is a price change in the catalog. No second copy to maintain.
Buyers open the catalog from a link. No account to create, nothing to install.
It works like the sheet you already use, so your team is not learning a new app to keep the catalog going.
A spreadsheet alternative for wholesale
This is not a system that asks you to leave your spreadsheet behind and relearn everything. It keeps the file at the centre and does the parts a spreadsheet cannot: a live catalog, current prices, and a link you can send.
From the same Sheet you can also send a wholesale price list and quotes. Have a question first? Read the common questions.
Import once, share a link, and let the catalog stay current on its own.
